“I was in a panic trying to either get a new power chair for my disabled son or get the one we have repaired. Josh went above and beyond in helping me untangle the web of dealing with Medicare. But, when it was determined my son is not eligible for a new chair at this time, Josh asked me what the problem was with the chair we have. After describing the situation, Josh walked me step-by-step how to re-engage the drive on the chair. I've spent literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to help resolve the problem to no avail. That is, until I was lucky enough to get Josh on the phone. His professionalism and caring were beyond compare and a life saver for this 76-year old mother. The burden he lifted from my shoulders by just taking the time to talk it out and walk me through it is indescribable. I highly recommend this business!”

“I have been getting my CPAP supplies from Parkcrest Medical since 2017 (so 7 years now). They have ALWAYS been helpful: they are very familiar with the CPAP machines and equipment, they can always explain what is covered by my insurance and how often (CPAP supplies have difference coverages - filters & nasal pillows every month; tubing every 3 months, etc...) so they keep me on track with what I need to order and when if I forget or have lapsed in keeping my own records up to date. When I wanted to get a travel CPAP, they were excellent at showing me the options and immediately got me the model I selected. I started out working with Erica and then have been working with Jen for several years now. They have always been so professional and kind. Anytime I need anything, I email or call Jen and she responds immediately and also can usually have my order ready for pickup by next day; sometimes same day. If I order something that is out of stock, she gives me an availability estimate and contacts me when it arrives (that has not happened often but Jen stays on top of it until I get what I need). They do a good job filing with my insurance and answering any questions I may have on any statements I get. I am very thankful for Jen and the rest of the staff at Parkcrest Medical Supply.”

He also did the same when buyers came to pick them up. They went quickly and I didn't have to anything at all except wait for payment which is more than I thought I would get. “EDIT: 11/18/2023This is an amendment to previous review posted. I have no problem taking the time to add additional information when such an action is warranted.In this case, as soon as I posted previous review various places, their COO called me directly. To say he was mortified is an understatement.He dug into my specific case, identified the gaps, and helped move the needle. Ultimately we identified where my ongoing saga was stuck and thanks to Vital Sleep, we're back on track.In the end, deficiencies in process were identified with Austin Heart and NOT Vital Sleep, and as such, I am more than willing to write this explanation and just end with Vital Sleep has served me well so far.-----------------------------I have been waiting for about two and a half months to get anyone from this office to reach out after insurance declined my insurance person sleep study. My cardiologist at Austin Heart has also submitted orders and tried to get them to reach out to me, to no avail.Stay clear of vital sleep; their customer service is atrocious. Frankly I am surprised Austin Heart continues to partner with them.Awful company to work with..stay clear.”
