“I like Joann. I go there often. I feel as though they are always understaffed when I do visit, so much that I have to budget an extra fifteen to thirty minutes each time, even if it's just to pick up an online order. (You have to stand in the regular checkout line to pick up. There is no expedited line.) I prefer to shop online and pick up in store because I can never find the same fabric from their online catalog in the actual store -- I have no idea how they organize all of it. That means I can't get quarter-yard lengths cut, I have to get full yards instead, but at least I'm not hunting down the fabric I thought I saw as available online for forty minutes and getting frustrated. Sign up for coupons and you'll always save when you go!”
