“I shattered the back glass circle covering the zoom lens on my IPhone 12 Pro Max camera...and I feared the worst!! But owner Eric verified over the phone that he did have the proper replacement piece there on hand for my specific make and model, and I kid you not, he was able to remove the broken glass and get the new piece on IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR! ...AND FOR ONLY $40 !! He really saved me!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to use my zoom to capture concert vids at ACL this weekend!! YOU SAVED ME IN A PINCH, ERIC! “Awesome place my wife cracked her screen and was having a hard time doing a smart switch since her screen was no use. Everyone was wanting to charge for a whole screen repair or charging crazy for data transfer they were able to a temporary fix to get all my stuff transferred and had amazing prices! Definitely recommend owner was amazing and got us in and out in no time!”

After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.
Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

Eddie helped me by looking up my phone info, calling the insurance company, and booking me an appointment with "Ubreakifix."
I was waiting for a ride after I completed my business and Eddie took the time (and patience) to sit with me and chat while I waited.
I have always had good experiences at this store and today was more of the same great service.

“Sean is diversely intelligent,
charming, patient professional. He taught me how to use apps & features.He was aware of my desires and my needs. He found me the perfect protective cover for my new cell with and even put it on for me. As I was leaving, he set up the page to set up Google Assistant when I got home. He is devoted to AT&T and his customers.
I don't what his salary is,but I DO know excellent customer service when I see it, especially post Covid. AT&T doesn't want to lose this employee. He deserves a raise.
If the staff is ½ as good as he is then I highly recommend this store. They care about their customers.
