“I have been a customer since 2015. Scan Mailboxes is an excellent alternative to a post office box. We have so much trouble with theft and mis-delivery at our community mailbox we could not trust important mail and shipments to the local mail. I highly reccomend their service. Perhaps one of your rental customers receives strange or no mail, or possibly there is no relationship with your company at all. Either way, it impunes your company's no-doubt good reputation.”

“I never thought I would sit down and write a glowing 5 star review for a UPS store, but here is why! I've used this UPS store for three years and counting, including for Amazon returns, notary services, and shipping services. I've consistently had a positive experience going to this store. The owner is professional, friendly, and customer oriented! She always asked me how my day is going and seems to genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience. They also added a self-service kiosk to expedite the process, so it's awesome to see how they're constantly finding ways to improve their business. As far as the negative reviews here, I read through them and most of them seem directed at one or two low performing employees who are no longer at the store. For anyone who is on the fence reading this review, please give this store a shot and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised :-) Thank you for your outstanding service!”
