Great store. Ais is incredible and is hands down the best Gamestop employee ever. He made my life really easy when it came to trading in items and understanding how the PS5 Pro pre-order process works.

Went to North IH 35 location and Brandon was the most honest and helpful customer service rep I've came across in some time. This is a new location and now our only Game Stop. Highly recommend!
