1707 S Loop 288, Denton“BB&T has the best rates on auto loans and this location has the nicest, most knowledgeable staff (the branch manager, Sam, is the best). If you have financed a used car and used the dealership to find you the "best" rate, then unless you are a manager at the car dealership, you did not get the best rate you qualified for. The finance manager gets a rate back and then adds extra points to it in order to make more money for the dealership. BB&T does *not* do this so whatever rate you qualify for, they'll give you. The dealership where I was shopping at told me that the best rate they could give me was in the high 3's due to the type of vehicle I was buying. I knew this was a load of poo so I called Sam at BB&T and asked her to see what rates they could get me. They got me 2.05% on my used car. The dealership, of course, started backpedaling and saying they were somehow able to match it (meaning they could have gotten it for that rate all along but they were trying to make additional money from me). If you currently have a vehicle financed and are curious if you're paying too much interest, call Sam at BB&T. If you know your credit score, Sam can give you an idea of the rate you'd qualify for, and then if you would like to proceed, she can run your credit to finalize the deal. Sam was quick and responsive and really knew what she was talking about. Just one point of interest can save you over a thousand dollars over five years. It's definitely worth a phone call to check with Sam on rates. You could end up saving thousands of dollars like I did!”

“From the manager to the cleaning staff, this place rocks! They go out of their way to help customers, make calls within bank to bank, to help their clients resolve issues. For being as big as they are, they have not totally lost site of their purpose. I would have given them 5 stars but they mandate their employees to get vaccinated or fired and they all wear masks. Can't understand their muffled voices sometimes and if their ask vaccinated, why have them? And forcing any American to do something against their body and will, is un-American. But they did give me a free business account for being further military.”

“I love Point Bank, Aubrey TX! The most personalized “small town service” imaginable. I had a security breach on my SSN as someone tried to use it to secure employment. Yikes! I figured next step was bank account. The bank employee dropped everything to help me set up an outsourced monitoring system for my accounts and walked me through the whole process. (It was a hot day and didn’t mind my dog coming inside too.) I am SO grateful for this help and feel confident my info is secure now. Thank you Point Bank - I think I’ll keep my account open another 15 years or so! ♥️?”
