“I normally have very good things to say about this place, but when I came inside to pick up an order today there were four cashiers standing around the checkout and talking. I walked up to them and told them that I needed to pick up an online order. The woman closest to me replied: “Sorry, I'm off the clock sweetie.” While I believe she intended for it to be a joke, that is not how customers should be spoken to. She also continued to talk about what she said to me to one of the other cashiers right in front of me. She should have let her other coworkers assist me and not said anything at all. This whole situation was unprofessional and inappropriate.”

“I came here the other day looking for my son (5yrs old) some pants. They didn't have any that was his size so that was the downfall. They could use more kid clothes. But they had some cute adult clothes and some furniture. My son found a Christmas ornament that looked like a rocket that he was begging for so he went to ask how much it was and the cashier was super friendly. She had a friendly conversation with him and I and gave him the ornament for free. Great customer service. Will be back in the future!”

“UpdateThey are moving! Everything is on sale now. You can't use coupons or other discounts. FYI. They will be in new location by May 2023. Still great people. Going to be moving on up to a better place!This is my local store, and I am her A LOT. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Some are not as fast at cutting fabric as I would want, but they are all endearing. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for the actual store. It is not that big. It does not have the variety other joanns has. It is an old building, kind of out of the way.”

I decided to go to Carol’s to look around, even though I was just visiting the area from out of state. Carol’s has a wide range of options fairly priced AND I FINALLY FOUND A FAN I LOVE! The customer service was excellent. Fernando was amazing and extremely helpful!!! He showed all the customization options to get me exactly what I wanted. I’m so glad I stopped in!”

We found our recliners had them delivered yesterday, September 9,2023. WE love them. The colors were perfect for our new look. So now a new Sofa lol. “OK, I went with my wife so we could walk in a cool space. She has been shopping here before. This was my first visit. This is a good place if you're looking for a gift for a female.There are a few vendors that I liked and bought. There are several interesting foods and sauces. I also liked the wood and metal crafted vendors.My favorite was the lighting booth, where they used musical instruments and automotive parts as the bases for Edison lights.It is well worth your time to walk through to look and support USA based vendors”
