Sally has changed their return and exchange policy. Be careful!! I thought my receipt would be found in my account. I never have my receipt printed. Somehow my receipt disappeared in my account. I was not allowed to return or exchange my item, which is Sally's brand. Terrible customer service!!

Very kind and patient person helped me today learn all about the perfect purple for me. Thank you so much for helping this middle aged mama on my new hair color adventure! She knew the difference between idle questions and a real attempt to learn how to do this right. Now my daughter and I are both customers!
