“So I have a flat in a Sunday and of course the tire shops are closed I needed a breaker bar to get my lug nuts off so I go to Auto Zone I buy one get home it doesn't fit my lug nut key! So fast forward to Thursday I have lost my receipt and I really need my cash back not a gift card for store credit! Well Jennifer E is the best not only was she super nice but she took the time to go in the system and find my purchase so I would have a receipt so that I could then get cash back! Auto zone give her a raise! She went above and beyond to help make sure I was a satisfied customer! Jennifer has made Auto Zone my official auto parts store from now on! Thank you so much Jennifer!”
“Man, this parts house has everything! They got parts and things that look like parts and shelves full of stuff that goes on or with parts. I had ordered a part online and when I told gentlmn behind the counter exactly who i was, i was greeted with a huge smile, my box and a receipt.
