“So understand that putting a lift kit on a 2018 Toyota Sienna minivan is NOT what these folks specialize in. From what I can see, 4x4 trucks is their specialty. They don't even SELL this 3.5" lift kit (which is typically used to gain space underneath for handicapped ramps/lifts), but were still willing to take it on. My purpose was just to get the front "chin spoiler" high enough to not drag on all these steep driveway entrances we have in Houston. Have dragged it several times already... it's only a matter of time until it gets torn off and it costs more than the lift kit+installation to get it replaced. So the important part here is that Explicit was highly rated (unlike my local shops) and were willing to install a kit they were unfamiliar with. Timed it out so that it would be during their "slow season" and that I could afford to be without the vehicle for several days, if problems arose. Mike was very good about communicating with me as he went along to clarify things - and to take care of the little things... lengthening the air line to the rear suspension "air bags", bleeding the WHOLE brake system (only the rear brake hoses had to be replaced with longer ones) and even checking that the front axles were still OEM. Very happy with the results so far... the minivan now sits higher than most of today's CUV/SUV vehicles, with much more ground clearance. No pictures yet... Discount Tire informs me that the aftermarket wheels I wanted (supposedly available in 1-5 days) are on back-order for 1-2 MONTHS. Not that the tires can really be up sized much for more lift due to the wheel well design. So in summary, I'll just add my review to the chorus of well-deserved 5-stars already here. “I dropped off my 2024 GMC Sierra this morning to have the bedliner done. This will be the 3rd truck they have done for me. They do a fantastic job and are very reasonably priced.My only complaint is that when they are finished, they put a bright yellow Extreme sticker on your back window. My truck is murdered out. Everything is black. On top of that, I'm NOT a sticker guy. I asked them as a return customer, not to put the sticker on my truck. I was told that the owner would make them do it. Regardless of my wishes. Respect the wishes of your customer. Save your sticker and my time. I'll refer you to everyone who will listen. I'm obviously impressed by your work since I'm a 3-time customer. However, if the sticker goes on it, it'll be there long enough to get to my house, and then it's immediately coming off.That's my only real complaint, and I know it's a petty one to some. Beyond that, I have no complaints so far.”

“Finally an honest used parts facility. Between me and my son we called 15 different wrecking yards between Pasadena and Houston. Every single one of them lied about the engine mileage even after I started telling people I was going to run the vin. I got a great Mustang engine less than 20,000 miles at a better price than everybody else, On top of that all the engines come with a six month warranty. Very friendly people willing to go out of the way and go the extra mile they even took pictures of the Engine and told me what parts were messed up on it from the wreck, before I came in.The place is very clean neat and organized and the engines are kept out of the weather. I will definitely be coming here for all my future parts.”

It is definitely worth the extra effort to find this gem of a shop and to deal with Chris, who has many years of experience in his craft and is an old school expert who can be trusted5. You will also find he is very honest, friendly and does outstanding high quality work.If you prefer being corralled into the flashy big corporate shops with all the sheeple by the insurance companies with long lines and process clerks following a script where it is not even possible ust consulting directly with the talent at the shop who will be working on your vehicle. In these type places you either take it or leave it, can't negotiate, can't expect any special effort to reduce your expense where possible or take a certain approach like repairs rather than part replacement when possible etc. I have personally experienced the friendly professional service, flexible approach to getting the job done right the first time in a timely manner , the way you want it and an ability to deal directly with one person, rather than being passed from one clerk for this and another for that. You should give Chris a try I am sure you will be happy you did. He is the antidote to the hassle of Big, Inflexible Insurance -company partners in the collision body shop business who are looking out for Insurance companies more than you.Services: Painting”
