“While headed to the waterpark my car threw a bad battery code. Hoping it was a fault, I pulled in to Oreilley's in Alvarado and the manager Mike Pleasant was fantastic!! He came outside and checked for any faulty codes. After returning no bad codes, he went inside to replace the code checker with the battery and alternator testing equipment. While inside, he rang up another customer but was sure to communicate with me that he was still involved in my situation. He then came outside and ran the battery and alternator, and explained what was going on. Thankfully, nothing was wrong, and as I type this my wife is driving us down to the water park. Thanks Mike Pleasant at Oreilleys in Alvarado!”
