My 2007 Lexus needs to change the front struts, and also need to change all 6 spark plugs. They gave me very reasonable price, and told me details on which choice I can have.
It’s super fast and got my car fixed. The car drives better than before.

“The first time I arrived was a bit hectic with the manager Brielle because the car she had for me it had a dead battery, so she asked if I could wait a short time which was 30 min plus.. for a car they were receiving. She told me she would clean it because her detailed employee was on lunch. The car had a light smell, but I told her it was okay, even though it shouldn't have been acceptable for me.
When I arrived home with a 60 min drive ahead of me, I finally arrived and took Lysol spray all over! Left all windows open, and it still had not the most appealing smell. I had picked up my daughter for a medical appointment & she could smell smoky smell in the fabric. I called after dropping her off, and the assistant manager, Dee, was extremely professional and empathetic to my concerns, which he gave me the feeling of customer satisfaction is number 1 with possible return customer versus bottom line! How refreshing! He upgraded me, and I felt so much more comfortable and safe in the vehicle he provided. Personally, Dee should be the manager hands down!”

“Scheduled a rental vehicle, only to find out upon arrival the vehicle was unavailable. Inconvenient yes, but we had only scheduled the pick up approximately 30 hours prior, short notice for a rental company. We were offered a different vehicle, but decided to try another place. Long story short, we were in a rush due to a family emergency. We went back a few minutes later to get the other vehicle that we initially walked away from. We assumed the other vehicle mentioned was going to be the expectation, instead we actually got what we originally scheduled. Maybe happenstance or just luck, but I believe it was because the staff observed our predicament we were in and made the situation right!!! Thank you so much, and future business will be at this location!”

I stopped by the nearest location on Florida. They swab me to another van, even newer even better. “Literally in and out. Customer service here is always great! The other Toyota I attend for service sometimes wash my car for free BUT customer service is in the trash. I rather get great customer rather a free car wash. AND now this location does free car washes. They send you a link for a car wash company to go to. So at this point this maybe the only Toyota I get my car serviced at!!! 10/10! Genuine review!”
