No returns, only store credit. Know that before listening to associates. They will recommend 2-3 types and sizes, even ship sizes not available in store. Then you are stuck with 2-3 of same jeans with no returns. Not to mention their promos are buy 3, get one % off, with no returns. Very misleading staff and promos.
