“I've purchased two bikes from Mike at Royal Enfield of Fort Worth, one a few years ago as it was on sale, but more recently a new RE Meteor 650. I have purchased other bikes from a much closer dealer in Plano Texas, but they have started adding way too many dealer made up costs, and that makes buying bikes from them a painful experience.Mike only adds a set fee for delivery and commissioning of the bike, and he is honest and personable, and is how a dealership should be. I will be buying more bikes from him in the future, and even joined his waitlist for the new RE Himalayan. If you want a great service at a fair OTR price, I would not hesitate in giving him a call. His servicing costs also reflect the same qualities and fair pricing, and will save you more than the gas money to visit him from North Dallas locations.”

“I was in search of a State Farm preferred shop as well as a authorized Volkswagen collision center and they fit the bill. I called and spoke to Karl and hauled our car to them from west of Houston. When I meet Karl in person he was professional. He walked around the car and we discussed the needed repairs. And this is where Karl set the bar and earned my trust. He pulled out two markers safe to use on paint.He started by drawing his brand on the windshield. Second he marked any body damage to make it more defined for pictures including pre existing dings. When asked about the brand on the windshield he explained that it was for him to be able to identify that was his in the shop so he could check on it. I have never seen the branding done in all my years of being a mechanic. He kept me informed on the repair status. The Technicians also did a excellent job on the repairs as well as the painters who matched the paint flawlessly. Karl and the entire staff were professional and are good at what they do. Where as State Farm gave me hell for taking it there because I didn't live close to there.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“We were shocked by this dealer! Being located in Fort Worth and surrounded by so many other awful dealerships, it was a huge difference! To start with, they actually have cars on the lot. Next you get out of your car and no one rushes you! Everything they do is so pleasant and upfront! Jeff Griffin specifically is absolutely amazing!! We were just there to help my sister pick a new car because everywhere else she has gone tried to rip her off. She told Jeff what she wanted and he took 10 mins and had only 3 vehicles picked to show her.. I was skeptical at first thinking either he was going to show her junk or something out of her price range. However each vehicle was something she wanted. She found a vehicle with every single feature she wanted even the ones she thought were not realistic.Jeff then sat with us while we waiting on financing and was just so personable! Very engaging and made a real connection! The finance team checked in with us repeatedly to update on all their progress, on deals they had already received and why they were still looking for a better one. Well we finally got to signing and they were a LITTLE pushy there about adding unnecessary warranties but it wasn’t as bad as some places that make it seem like you HAVE to buy after market packages. Once we signed and we’re going to grab the keys the most shocking part happened. The finance manager came RUNNING to catch us! He had gotten us a last minute better deal and we just had to sign a few amendments. They could have just ignored it and wiped their hands of us, deal complete. But they made sure to go above and beyond at every point!I have done a lot of car shopping in my life. To the point that I know sales team by name at many dealerships. But never in my life have we had such a wonderful experience! Moritz Kia is just different! It’s obvious that they have a more strict screening policy for hiring. It’s obvious they listen to what people hate about the car but process. They have people who actually care about the people not just the sale!”
