“I've purchased two bikes from Mike at Royal Enfield of Fort Worth, one a few years ago as it was on sale, but more recently a new RE Meteor 650. I have purchased other bikes from a much closer dealer in Plano Texas, but they have started adding way too many dealer made up costs, and that makes buying bikes from them a painful experience.Mike only adds a set fee for delivery and commissioning of the bike, and he is honest and personable, and is how a dealership should be. I will be buying more bikes from him in the future, and even joined his waitlist for the new RE Himalayan. If you want a great service at a fair OTR price, I would not hesitate in giving him a call. His servicing costs also reflect the same qualities and fair pricing, and will save you more than the gas money to visit him from North Dallas locations.”
“Glenn really helped me out here. I needed to change my vehicle's brake pads and rotors, and he helped me get everything I needed for the change. He walked me through common pitfalls so when I changed out the parts I knew what to look out for. I'm glad he was there to provide a run down of the process for me. “I had my car serviced and I asked them to check out something minor. It was an easy fix. They comped the repair. I’ve been scheduling my service through Christian for more than two years. He’s very organized and a pleasure to deal with.
Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to purchase a new Sorento during Covid when inventory was limited. Moritz was honest throughout the entire process. I have been doing business with them ever since.
I drive from Irving to the west side of Fort Worth to do business with Moritz. I have never been disappointed.”

“Amazing results with Platinum Collision. I was driving down the highway and a boulder bounced up and came through the passenger side of the windshield. I was concerned about leaking and if it could be fixed because it damaged the roof of the car also. Chapin Reed was so kind and he kept me informed throughout the process, working with my insurance (above and beyond ) and keeping me informed. I have told several people about the service and quality of work I experienced. The paint job was flawless and the service was outstanding. “Not only did the car dealer want to charge me $11k to fix the problem they charged me $200 just to diagnose it. Came here and they were able to fix it for $300 not $11k….. Everyone here was nice, helpful and quick I was able to get my car back the next day. They went above and beyond for me. they called and asked if I was able to pick it up before closing and I told them I could that I just had to order and wait for an Uber but he said not to worry that he could come pick me up to get my car!!! This is the only place I will be going to from now on!!”

“I was in search of a State Farm preferred shop as well as a authorized Volkswagen collision center and they fit the bill. I called and spoke to Karl and hauled our car to them from west of Houston. When I meet Karl in person he was professional. He walked around the car and we discussed the needed repairs. And this is where Karl set the bar and earned my trust. He pulled out two markers safe to use on paint.He started by drawing his brand on the windshield. Second he marked any body damage to make it more defined for pictures including pre existing dings. When asked about the brand on the windshield he explained that it was for him to be able to identify that was his in the shop so he could check on it. I have never seen the branding done in all my years of being a mechanic. He kept me informed on the repair status. The Technicians also did a excellent job on the repairs as well as the painters who matched the paint flawlessly. Karl and the entire staff were professional and are good at what they do. Where as State Farm gave me hell for taking it there because I didn't live close to there.Services: Steering & suspension repair”
