Auto zone is place i go when i want to save on parts with Veterans discount , I actually walked out of O'Reilly because no one bother to wait on me , at autozone they want your business.

Horrible. Called and asked what f they had a part in stock. They said yes and would hold it for me for a an hr. I got there (15 miles from my house) and they said they didn’t even have it in stock!

Went to the store to get the breaks exchanged and the assistant manager was polite and helpful! Really appreciate it after the terrible phone service.
