“Good prices on tires. Friendly service. But they severely over-torque lug nuts. It you have a flat and need to remove a wheel they installed, you may not be able to get the lug nuts off without breaking a lug bolt. This has happened to me twice.”

“This store was awesome! Its behind the Starbucks near a closed Krispy Kreme. Especially the manager! Can't remember his name, but his picture is on the wall. I was taking a break from a local residential service call and got a flat tire. I did not have the lug nut remover for my specialty tires. They had my flat changed in less than an hour and the manager, I think his name was Terry, gave me a free lug nut socket that fits that tire! Thanks Discount Tire on George Bush!”
“Had two tires go poof just before christmas eve. They were nearby so I walked over and they were expedite in helping my issue. No grief. Salesmen was not pushy and did his best to do what I wanted. In and out within 3 hours no hassle. Just had to wait as a walk in. Completely reasonable for my unreasonable situation.Got all new tires since I needed them anyways, and waited a while to leave a review since the last place I went to for work did not put a bolt back and left me with a car and a unbolted control arm on the side of the road. No issues with the tires so far after two months.I also got my oil change here. It was done, and through the same salesman. Again, good serivce and no hassle despite my inability to not be a hassle due to my poor experiences with bad shops.Definitely would come back based on my two experiences with this location.”

“WOW!!! This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I haven't experienced this level of service, knowledge, care since I can remember! I overheard others saying the same as well. I came in just after 5pm on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in the schedule after I picked up a nail on a jobsite today, then I decided to replace 2 tires as well. Was no problem for them. “My tire pressure sensor light came on so, after a bad experience at Discount Tires, I took my car to NTB. Ty helped me get checked in and got my car back immediately. I had picked up a nail and had a slow leak. I ended up taking my car to the dealership for the replacement because my warranty covers tires. Ty and another employee, Lauren, were very professional and friendly. They explained everything and assured me it would be safe to drive my car to the dealership. Their top priority was my safety. They told me to come back if the dealership was not able to help me. I appreciated their knowledge, honesty and integrity.”

Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. “Brian and Kelvin were absolute lifesavers today! My tire went flat 30 minutes before they closed. I called and they said they could still take me in and get a new tire. When i arrived 15 minutes before closing, they went right to work and did everything, rotating, changing my tire. They even took the time to check my wiper blades and my other tires, air them up and change the wiper blades.”
“I LOVE my car... and I don't trust anyone to work on it other than me usually... but my tools won't work for this job. I trust these folks!! The guys who work here are incredibly polite not to just me, but every person who came in the door the few times I've been here. The first time I came, I got a quote and advice on how I could do it not only cheaper but they also advised me on other ideas and how to take care of a few other car parts at home like my passenger outside mirror. What made me trust this place is when I was waiting on my first quote, the mechanic made sure to let the lady checking out that the oil change she has is good for 5k miles not the regular 3k. She thanked him and didn't know that about synthetic oil and has been scammed before. Little things like this show integrity. I know I can trust not only my car with this location, but my wallet too. “Just purchased a used Porsche Taycan here. The entire process was executed online and telephonically. I had never purchased a used vehicle sight unseen and that for me was stressful.The car was a CPO so that eased my trepidation somewhat. The associate, Darien, took painstaking measures to film everything on the car as well as video calling to alleviate any fears. He weathered my incessant questions and double checked all recalls. The electric platform comes with so many different issues to an ICE car that I wanted complete assurance and no hassles upon receiving the vehicle.After delivery, Zander and Darien both ensured My Porsche ID and connection were carried out smoothly so that I can properly interface with the PCM/car.The result was wonderfully successful. The car exceeded my expectation in every way and is in phenomenal condition with very low miles. No gotchas that I can see so far.(There was a small hiccup with title transfer that we are still addressing so that may affect my overall rating.)But for now, let me say, that Darien was stellar. His service and attention made the sale and I appreciated the way he handled everything. Zander equally made this a pleasure. I plan to comment further upon the completion of this last title issue but otherwise very pleased with my purchase and experience with Park Place.”
