“Wasn’t much to why I was there but to drop off a prepaid package. Normally the size box I had you would leave at the counter but there’s a note that says you can’t. So usually they have a cart near the customer service door but there wasn’t one so instead of knocking or waiting in line, I tried the mail box and it worked.”

“I was expecting an important package for delivery on 11/25; the mail carrier did not leave it, stating "did not have access to the building..." which wasn't true. Regardless, the package did not show up 11/26 or 11/28 and no additional updates on tracking. I called the post office and spoke to Dee or Dean (sorry if I am misspelling). She looked and said she didn't see the package but took my number and said she'd call me back. I did not expect one, that's just the service I've come to expect. Not only did she call me back, but allowed me to come after hours to pick up my important package. She was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Thanks again!”

“Our first visit for passport application here was very disappointing as we were asked to rebook our appointment by the front desk person due to some confusion with our appointment time.However we chose to do walk in on the same day and Cassandra was beyond amazing. She reversed our experience to the most positive one which not only made us leave with smiles on our face but also made us come back to her for our other passport applications too. While she worked on our passport applications she addressed us by our name while just glancing at our names on the applications … making it feel like we have known each other from a long time ☺️.That’s a very friendly approach and made our experience so smooth.”

It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”

“Went to this location on a Monday around 1pm. Not expecting much based on the fact that a) It's USPS, and b) it was poor reviews. But boy, was I wrong.The postal workers at the counter were incredibly personal and friendly. They went above and beyond to help an elderly man who had trouble standing in line- brought him a stool to sit while je qaited in line and carried his package to the back to he wouldn't have to.The employee I worked with was so kind to my young daughter who wanted to mail out postcards to her grandparents. It made her smile and she felt so proud.Not sure what other people are doing wrong when they come here, but idk how you could have a bad time if this is the regular caliber of service here.”

“I do business with two USP OFFICES and the difference in speed and efficiency is remarkable.. so remarkable, that I need to make a remark about it. Location at Jupiter moves at a glacial pace. The staff is nice, but they seem to take 6 times longer to complete a transaction. Location at Belle grove is the complete opposite. I came in 15 people deep, and braced myself. Oh happy day, I was out of there in 10 minutes. If I had been at Jupiter location - I’d still be on line. Belle grove - Fast, friendly efficient. How is this possible? What is making the difference? I’m genuinely curious!”

From the first time I visited a long while ago, their customer service st this location is always excellent. I drive past several USPS just to go to this one.Camron helped me today and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He had no idea I was having a not-so-great day and 100% made it better by simply being so helpful. I'll continue to pass lots of USPS locations just to go to this one. Its so worth it.”

“I went to this post office a month ago to post my Christmas cards. I had domestic stamps which I had bought from ups. The little lady behind the counter let me use them with additional international stamps patiently explaining everything to me.All my cards arrived safely. Today I went again to post my domestic Christmas cards & dealt with the same lady. She was giving me some stamps & I asked her if she had any pretty ones because the overseas stamps were very pretty. She showed me what she had & I didn't like them. She kindly went at the back of the post office & got me some pretty,sparkly ones!!
