“I believe that Dallas in general has the worst post offices. I have gone to 2 of them in the past with long lines and employees that have no idea how to process forms.
I tried my luck at the Richardson location and was very pleased with the service today. I had 2 custom packages that needed to be shipped. Jada was phenomenal. I didn't have to explain to her about the barcode that was printed out from the US Custom Forms online. Instead, she knew and began to immediately process the packages within a matter of minutes. Jada was very fast, efficient and patient. I am very satisfied with the service I received at this location and my interaction with Jada.”
“NEVERRRR would think I'd be writing a review for USPS. Especially a 5 star. BUT....this is the only location I will go to. From the first time I visited a long while ago, their customer service st this location is always excellent. I drive past several USPS just to go to this one.Camron helped me today and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He had no idea I was having a not-so-great day and 100% made it better by simply being so helpful. I'll continue to pass lots of USPS locations just to go to this one. Its so worth it.”
“My favorite post office because of its staff. Post office errands are not always fun and lines can be excruciatingly long. However the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Especially the gentleman, who I’m ashamed to say I can’t recall his name, has the best attitude. He always has a smile and a kind word regardless of the stress and pressure on him. I’ve seen him provide his usual excellent service even when he’s all alone and the line out the door.
Everyone has bad days, but we should all be mindful not to take it out on others because they are typically faultless. A kind word and smile goes a long way to brighten another’s day.”
“It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.”

“I have come to this particular post office for over 20 years, even now when I live outside of Carrollton, because of its quality service and friendly staff. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful and explain things, is always professional, and quick as possible. At closing the entire staff works together to get everyone serviced before the end of the day.
I always bring my mail here because I know it will be delivered in the quickest amount of time possible.
I have never understood why the ratings of this post office are so low. I have never in my life been in a kinder, more efficiently run PO. It's like finding a gold mine in a desert.”

“This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”
“Jessie, the mail carrier for my area did an amazing job helping me to resolve an issue accessing my apt mailbox to retrieve my mail. He went above & beyond to help me figure out the situation. Denise also did a wonderful job checking in with me and following up to make sure I was finally able to access my mail box. All of the staff are patient, kind & attentive! :) Thank you again.”

“Stopped in on a Friday at 3pm to send a certified letter. It had been a long week and day and we were exhausted. Gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helpful with us. “I was expecting an important package for delivery on 11/25; the mail carrier did not leave it, stating "did not have access to the building..." which wasn't true. Regardless, the package did not show up 11/26 or 11/28 and no additional updates on tracking. I called the post office and spoke to Dee or Dean (sorry if I am misspelling). She looked and said she didn't see the package but took my number and said she'd call me back. I did not expect one, that's just the service I've come to expect. Not only did she call me back, but allowed me to come after hours to pick up my important package. She was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Thanks again!”
“Marked my package delivered about two weeks ago. Package was lost. I went in to their unusual USPS office and a mail man left me forgotten. I was forgotten until a very nice lady helped me, Denise. She took my information and today my lost package was delivered. Thank you Denise and to my mail Lady whom found and delivered my package.”
