“This review is based off of $50.00 a night. It was clean and had a great clean swimming pool. No bugs found in my room and it smelled clean, as for some of the long term guest they was quiet. You can't expect much for 50 dollars in a motel. The fact it was clean and had a 7ft "clean swimming pool was amazing. Blew my mind ?”

“I always have a great experience here, and rates are often a steal compared to similar hotels in the immediate area. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I recommend--especially if in a last-minute pinch.
Noteworthy details: It's on a relatively quiet street but very easily accessible to/from a plethora of nearby restaurants, businesses, freeways, etc., as can be seen on the map, of course.”

“I stayed at the Dallas North Addison one. There is another one that is not very nice. This one had great staff, two working elevators, no offense smells, nice workout room and a pancake maker at breakfast.”
“Everything about this place was fantastic! The rooms, breakfast buffet, courtyard and staff. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is most of the exercise equipment in the gym was at least partially broken. My husband picked this place partially for the work out option while we traveled so that was disappointing. If they fix or replace their equipment I would give them 5 stars!
Rooms: Very comfortable and spacious.
Safety: Quiet neighborhood, very family friendly.”
“We stay here frequently. The location is very convenient and central to the major areas of DFW and all points of interest. While the rooms need a little attention, I still give this property a five star mainly due to the management and staff. In particular a young lady named Khushboo as she is so attentive, caring and full of responsibility all with a smile and spirit of hospitality that reflects upon the whole staff. Also a young man by the name Suboj who is similarly helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
The staff makes you feel you're home away from home which is really the ultimate feeling you should get from any hotel.”

“This is my second long stay (6 nights) at Homewood Suites - Addison. The suites/rooms are well-spaced, icy cold air con on hot days, tvs in both lounge and bedroom (watched plenty of football!), hot and high pressure showers. Daily free breakfast to usual basic but filling Hilton standard. Sure the rooms are a little outdated but they’re clean and the price is way below comparable hotels in the area. Highly recommend!”
