“Rooms: This is a rent-by-the-week place, not the normal hotel. It's fine. I say that it's kid-friendly, because that's why it isn't quiet. Plus it's right on a service road. Very convenient for driving, but not quiet.”

“Great place to stay at for a week. Staff is nice and rooms were fine and clean. Water pipes in shower make a terrible noise when the shower is turned on and the wifi has some issues with speed. You will hear the highway though and getting to it is hard to do with the construction work going on outside. The bed was comfortable and the ac works and the blackout curtains are very good. Not a 5 star but also not a 1 star like Google thinks it is. No breakfast avaliable at all anymore. Price is very good here.”

“Overall clean, very relaxing. Check in desk on the second floor needs improvement on communication when booking appointments. I checked in on the second floor and told them what time I want to be seen and told them what I wanted done. They got the time wrong and the service wrong. But other than that a Greta place to relax, I would stay there all day long! Great food at the food court!”
“I have been at the Westgrove location for about 16 months. The entire staff has been wonderful. I contract for the local cable company and I wire hotels for a living. This property is not one of mine but I choose to live here over property's I work for. That should say alot about your property and staff. Thank”
