“Terrell always gives my wife and I exceptional service. We are in the office and into our rental in a matter of minutes. I will join their reward program once I get a credit card. With debit cards you must leave a deposit of around $250 but it is returned a couple of business days after the vehicle is returned. I sign in through Amazon and on my second rental, Avis sent me a digital Amazon gift card! We also love the vehicles Avis has rented to us for roadtrips. Safe and secure is how we feel driving Avis rentals.”

“There's always an hour wait here. I rent cars for work trips, so not too picky about the make and model.
Other customers here were complaining that they didn't get the car they reserved, however.

Bith Riak, the associate, at Addison location was the most professional Hertz employee with decent attitude I’ve been with hence not sure why there are numerous negative reviews. He would be willing to help the customers regardless of the type of issues.”
