I live 30+ miles away and even though we have a building supply less than 6 miles away, my local supply has never had anything where white bluff has not let me down at all. I always check around 3 places and nobody has bet these guys prices. At the point I won't even waste my time elsewhere!!!”

“We use Lowes next day delivery or same day pick up often and have always had a wonderful experience. We ordered over 100 items to be delivered this past Saturday and realized after driver left, the 10 bags of concreate didn't make it on the truck. With 3 of us helping to unload, no one double checked until we noticed we didn't have it a few minutes after the driver left. No biggie, we went to the store and they didn't know how to handle it and gave us a few numbers to call. I did have to reach back out after a few days of not hearing from them but Adam, the store manager, took care of everything immediately and professionally! He is refunding our delivery fee and personally delivering the 10 bags of concrete later today! WE have nothing negative to say about the delivery driver( third party company) or Lowes! It was an honest mistake. Stuff happens and how a business handles it says a lot! Adam is top notch and went above and beyond to make things right!”
