“The business is very courteous and professional but the best part - the most incredible part - is that they pick up and deliver in the Nashville area FOR FREE! I was dreading having to drive to the airport area and because of this it saved me hours of travel time due to traffic. They also fixed a German knife that was damaged by another knife sharpening place. The prices are very fair and reasonable. I was overcharged accidentally but was immediately reimbursed. They discovered the oversight and immediately informed me about it. Mitch, the person who picked up and delivered, was kind, professional, and kept me informed about when he would pick up and deliver. You can pay online, also an added bonus. Experience was outstanding!”

“This place is like a hardware store time capsule. Oldschool as it gets. It even has a water tank with minos you can buy to fish sittin out front. Cool little hardware store. you’re obviously not gonna get the plethora of options youd get at a home depot/lowes but they have what the average person would need for little things. little hardware stores like this are important to keep around. 5 stars all around and its 3rd generation owned which is another cool factor. Thanks for the good ol boy southern hospitality rather then the corporate nonsense.”

“delivery drivers can park at site there is huge space behind the building under the bridge....there is love’s on exit 75 at 65 but its rear to have space there for truck parking... site... best of luck professional drivers..people are so nice and really friendly ..for offloading drivers need to back side in to the site just alot of car parking space in front of the site so its better to be there in early morning.. but its not busy that much..”
“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“I'm a regular at this location and mostly find folks to be very pleasant and helpful. Sadly, I had an off-putting interaction with a member of management that sadly kind of put me off the store. I had paid for some thing that the store somehow did not keep a record of but clearly I would have no idea that they made this charge and exactly what they called it unless I paid it. They also had a policy of not allowing that interaction without paying that charge, so how would I have skipped it? They did acquiesce in the end but not actually say they thought I paid it. It's just frustrating when you try to go beyond and be as good a customer as you want them to be customer service, only to feel like your less than honest:/”
