“I’ve been with this bank since they open in Fairview! I miss the old crew, the actual crew that helped you in times of need. Don’t get me wrong, this new crew will help you out to a certain point! I love Ms Amelia and Jessica as well as Teresa! Those 3 were the only ones I dealt with and they did me favors. Now it’s like pulling teeth! “Granted we do not have an account with this Bank. Yet that is! We've had to go in and have things notarized and I forget, but a couple of other small pieces of business in the past. And the people there have been a joy to deal with! They seem like they truly care about customer service. As soon as our business slows down a little bit and we have the time which will be in the next 60 days hopefully much quicker than that. We are going to close out our 25-30 year old Bank of America accounts and move them all over here! Customer service is such a rare thing these days that when you find it it's almost like hitting the jackpot or finding hitting cash of gold or something!
