“I have been an account holder with First Federal Bank since I was a 17 years old. It's been more than 16 years since I opened my account there. I've never experienced an issue. They've always been so kind and courteous. Very prompt too, when issues arise. I had an experience where my identity was stolen. They shut it down and contacted me immediately about a suspicious pending charge. It was not me. They contacted the business that the fraudulent transaction was pending for. Took care of it and set everything up for me to better protected.”
