“We used this dealership to fix our sunroof that broke. The motor on the roof failed, so Valley Ford fixed it. This is an expensive repair, we fortunately have a warranty for our truck, not Ford but external warranty. It covered $3700.00 out of the $5100.00 bill. The repair took about 12 days to fix, but we were in the holidays. Seems like a good fix. Satisfied.”

“I am always skeptical at first of all mechanics because I am a young woman, and I’ve been taken advantage of numerous times. That being said, I cannot recommend finish line in Sparta enough. I told them I had a 10 hour trip to GA and needed my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. Finished the job quickly and at a fair price. I took it to the gas station and filled up the tank as I was supposed to leave the next morning at 6 am for GA. Got home and realized there was a bad gas leak. Called finish line and they got a tow truck out the very next morning to get my car - I probably annoyed the mechanic to death with all my questions and my anxiety was off the charts at this point, but he ordered me a new fuel pump and installed it in 2 days. VERY fair price for parts and labor, but the kicker is that he made a mistake and overcharged me - because I was so preoccupied with my trip I didn’t even notice…. And he called to let me know to come down to their shop and he would refund me what I am owed. THAT honesty is so rare to find. He could’ve easily taken advantage but did not. Car runs wonderfully. 10/10 recommend finishline in Sparta.”

“Bought a used Mini F55 with 38 Kmiles and 10 years old. A little hairspring broke inside the depths of the Auto Shifter mechanism which although drivable, had nuisance warnings constantly. I messaged the FB page on a Sunday and expected a reply Monday, maybe?, but was shocked to get a message back from Sean who said he might have a spring in stock! Got scheduled for the repair, drove 55 miles and arrived late afternoon. What a surprise to enter that shop, it was like a Collectable Auto museum with bright lights and super clean. Sean said they had a cancellation and would start immediately on my Mini. Got a call the next morning and it was done!! Lucky for me Sean's wife had same thing happen and they were familiar with the repair which made the 4 hour fix hundreds of dollars less expensive than a competitor's quote. I would highly recommend Sean and Kevin for work on your Beamers or Coopers! BTW, I've been working on cars for 50 years, but a some point crawling around inside the cramped Cooper and disconnecting all those wires just wasn't in my future. Although upon leaving Sean offered assistance with any of my DIY work in the future, WoW! I'll save the tuff stuff for Elite.”

“My 2022 Chevy Colorado was taken to Edd Rogers Chevy dealership for scheduled maintenance. Upon my arrival I was met by both service advisors to confirm maintenance to be completed! Maintenance was completed in a timely manor and the service advisors kept me informed of the progress of the work on my vehicle. Very good experience!!”

“The best service. The cleanest shop I have seen hands down, and the nicest people you will ever meet. They did an excellent job replacing my transmission with a remanufactured one that has a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. The motor had obvious misses and now she purs! My tires were over inflated, and they deflated each of them to match precisely. They even changed my oil!”

It only cost $100 out of pocket. So nice to be able to pay online or over the phone. All I had to do was show up with the car and let them work their magic!”

“Couldn’t ask for better people. The guys here are super cool, honest, and always willing to go out of their way to help. They explain everything clearly, get the work done fast, and treat you like a friend — even when you’re new to town.
I’ve used them a few times now, and every visit has been the same: great work, reasonable prices, and genuinely friendly service. The owner is a real car guy — the first time I ever stopped by, I wasn’t even a customer yet. I was checking out his ’68 Charger/General Lee, and he actually invited me in, showed me around, and talked cars with me.
Truck runs perfect every time they touch it. Highly recommend this shop.”
