He was great in finding something comparable and working the numbers. But it was at another dealership. Not a big deal. He confirmed its availability and worked the numbers. Went and got it and set up the deal. Drove up to Cookeville and traded in my Jeep for a new one. Made the whole process so easy. Would do it again in a heartbeat.”

They were all super friendly staff, did an excellent job, were super flexible with us and very accommodating. They drove my car to me when complete, and even informed me that they were able to buff out some other scratch located on the car. South willow auto clinic was able to figure out the issue that ended up being very simple and FREE!! Not only was he $1000 less than the other Cookeville Transmission shop, he was 100% more genuinely concerned with my needs. I'm doing a complete engine/transmission swap and upgrade on a Chevy Avalanche, and Jimmy even tidied things up on the back side of my engine that the engine shop left undone. “Vehicle would not start, they diagnosed the problem and found a missing wire from the starter replace the wire instead of heaping on unnecessary charges, which they very well could've done they fix the problem for minimal price and very quickly”

“I would like to highly recommend Vicky and her husband. This is the epitome of a small “mom and pop” store when it comes to service. They had my Honda self propelled mower for about 2 weeks getting it up and running for me. They stayed in communication with me throughout that time, and let me know the instant it was ready for pick up. The gentleman who does the repairs knows his stuff! Beyond just nuts and bolts, we had a good talk about fuel quality and what to do and not do with my mower for future reference. 140 for a full tune up, super worth it for me. I’m not one to tinker with motors, so this saved me some big bucks not having to sell and replace my mower. I highly recommend! It’s worth the wait on their busy schedule!”
