“Took my 2015 Taurus to Wayne for a water pump replacement. He had it fixed and ready to go within 3 days. After getting the car back, I noticed something wasn’t right. The check engine light came on. After notifying and explaining to Wayne, he said bring it back. He ran the code, fixed the issue and I picked it up. The check engine light came on again after I picked it up for the second time. I notified Wayne, he said bring it back. He went over the entire process of the timing chain again with a fine tooth comb to find the issue. I now have my car back to 100% and couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service he gave me!! I will definitely be going back for maintenance and any other issues with my vehicles!! Thank you Wayne!!”
