I live in Anniston Al, (40 miles from the BMW dealer in Birmingham, but after a brief and rude experience in dealing with them, I took my friends recommendation about Onderka's work and honesty and loaded my little BMW Z4 and hauled it 165 miles to Richard's shop for service on the cooling system and an oil and filter change. I was very pleased with Richard and his staff's courtesy and professionalism. Left my car late Monday afternoon and it was ready first thing Thursday morning. Great service and a fair price. As long as I have a BMW or any German car, Onderka will be my go-to choice for service. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Business people like this are few and far between.”

“I contacted Eric the owner of Southern to install a Truma Tankless RV water heater. His shop in one of the only Truma Dealer Partners in lower middle TN. Truma requires a Dealer Partner install their units to ensure their warranty. I could not be happier with the install. The tech Eric put on the job, Tim took a great deal of pride in what he was doing. He treated my RV as if it was his own. As a former RV Registered Tech, that trait is hard to come by with most technicians. Their very fair pricing, how quickly they got me in and out and the finished install will bring be back. I can highly recommend this shop and staff.Update: Living in TN we have a ton of Mud Dauber Wasps. They like to get into just about any place they want. I did not want them in the new water heater. With a little Macgver move, I managed to get a 9 3/4 x 7 Screen to fit perfectly over the vent opening. I could attach the top with a standard spring to a post on the vent. There was no such post on the bottom of this vent. The bottom needed a little ingenuity. I attached a round thin magnet on the screen and one one on the heater with 3M tape. Worked perfectly and is very secure.(see photo)”

“I broke down not too far from here and had to drive my car on run flats to get here. Upon arriving the automobile staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with getting a new tire, mount and balancing. A lady in the back helped me call around to see if we could locate the unusual size 255/35/19 tire nearby and we did. After a quick tire change for cheap (like $24 with warranty) we were back on the family road trip in no time.”
