“I was actually at the store when this lady with the battery was complaining. Justin was checking out everyone who came in by himself and got me my brakes and rotors and helped me carry them. And had 2 phone calls while helping me. So seems like the battery lady is upset that he didn’t change her battery instead of someone taking 45 mins to do it. But I’m sure oreillys will be fine without that lady’s business”
