“I stopped in to the Lewisburg location on Saturday night about an hour before close. I was looking for a headlight and help getting it put in. The service was A++ from the second I walked in the door. The young man that rang up my items was so friendly and helpful, but I didn’t catch his name. Then, a guy named Bobber was tasked with the install. Bobber is the real reason I decided I needed to write this review. He was the nicest, most helpful man I think I’ve ever encountered in a retail store. Truly. I explained that the car belonged to my daughters boyfriend and I was trying to get a new headlight so they would be safe out on the road. After hearing this Bobber went above and beyond to help me. The headlight assembly is broken so Bobber got it all taped up in order to prevent the bulbs from being exposed to the elements. When I write it all out, it sounds like a such a simple interaction, but it truly felt like I was connecting with a friend. He had great customer service skills, and I felt that deserve to be recognized!”
