Broke my phone and got there 5 minutes before the store was closing. Patrick stayed an extra hour to get my new phone activated. Saved my day!!

My experience started out a little rocky but Courtney Guthmiller really stepped up. I was switching from a prepaid account to a post paid account. It turned out to be very complicated, but she checked the status my account everyday and sent me follow up texts. Altogether a wonderful experience.
