“I walked into the Verizon store in Sevierville, TN, apprehensively. I had several questions and issues that needed to be addressed. A gorgeous young man came to my aid. I thought this child will not be able to help this 73 year old lady. However, I started with the question of how much is my daughter paying for my account. He was able to let me know I wasn’t a manager on the account. So we called my daughter. They discussed things that were beyond my comprehension but it was all good. I started coughing and he got me a cup of water which helped. Then I was added to the account as a manager. He helped me get a phone and helped me delete needless items. He did so much for my family and me. I kept thanking him and said I need to give you a review. Jonathon is his name. He is a manager at this store. I don’t have the comprehensive information to tell you what he did for me. He was able to interact with his fellow employees with ease. What a guy! I love him. I would love to have a grandson like him.”
