7520 Conner Rd, Powell“We tend to drive without reservations because we don't know how far we'll get and where we need a room. We had our cat with us. We've been unpleasantly surprised by "pet friendly" hotels that later clarify as "dogs only". We had just wasted time with another Knoxville hotel that had advertised as being pet friendly.
This Comfort Inn does accept cats, for a fee. The location was further off our highway than we had anticipated, but fortunately the price was ok. And there are nearby restaurants.
The room was clean. Everything was working and in good shape. Bed was comfortable. Lights were bright enough.
Two negative observations: The hot and cold water pipes were reversed for the shower mixer, so hot was right next to off, and cold was where hot should be. This is stupid and dangerous. And the shower curtain was too short for the job, allowing water on the floor.
All hotels seem to have gotten rid of hooks to hang towels, and I find this very inconvenient.
Breakfast was satisfying.”
“Great hotel! Complementary dinner with 2 drinks & breakfast. Hotel is clean & updated. Staff is friendly & helpful. Fastest check in I've ever had. Highly recommend!”
“I don't know how this location isn't already a 5 star!? What a clean, friendly, and accommodating hotel! Really impressed with the upkeep and how friendly the staff is. I've stayed at other Hampton Inns but this is far the best one! The whole staff does a great job providing a comfortable stay!”
“The valet manager Hannah and her awesome team were very friendly and gave a fantastic first impression upon my arrival. I would absolutely come back for a second stay with that kind of service. No complaints whatsoever.”

401 W Summit Hill Dr SW, Knoxville“My daughter and I spent Saturday evening. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant and we had no issues with the parking despite the construction. Location is excellent.I’d suggest adding coffee somewhere in the lobby for guests and for the restaurant to take a little extra time to heat the buns for the burgers which were served cold.Walkability: Very close to Market Square.”
“Excellent experience at the Tru Hotel in Knoxville, recommended for those visiting the area for short or long stays. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean, well-kept, and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory and nice to have included. Being pet friendly is a huge plus as well!”

407 Union Ave Suite A, Knoxville“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oliver Hotel in Knoxville for 2 nights while attending a University of Tennessee football game. I also brought my golden retriever which the hotel was very accommodating in allowing dogs. It's an incredible hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. Though it offers all the luxury and amenities of a large hotel, it maintains an intimate, boutique feel that makes you feel very comfortable.
The dining options were outstanding. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always attentive without being overbearing, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests feel welcomed.
The central location in Knoxville was ideal, putting everything in the city within walking distance including the football stadium.
In all, a great hotel to choose in Knoxville.”

420 N Peters Rd, Knoxville“I can’t say enough about our stay at this best western. It was one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was so exited to see our baby each time we came and went. The room was comfy and clean and just what we needed. Loved the little touches with the soap and body wash included. We ate breakfast each morning and it was delicious and the staff was constantly making sure there was plenty of food for everyone. I needed a bandaid because I hit my hand and they were beyond willing to help me out and make sure the room was safe which is was it was my own clumsy fault. The location is close to all sorts of things and we really enjoyed our stay in Knoxville.
Rooms: Clean, comfy,spacious
Noteworthy details: The staff was so friendly the whole time. Very attentive to everyone’s needs, great with our baby and children. They made sure everyone felt wanted”

210 W Church Ave, Knoxville“Great hotel in downtown Knoxville. Quiet!! One block off Gay Street and an easy walk to Pioneer Square. 10 minute walk from the hotel down to Pretentious Beers, awesome restaurant like Kaisen and Fin-Two Japanese.
I ended up here after the downtown Marriott hotel was booked and I’m glad I stayed here. The shower gets so hot where at the Marriott I cannot get it hot enough. Very friendly staff, easy to stay at the Residence Inn and eat at the Courtyard restaurant. Another plus for this place in my opinion over the Marriott downtown is that even though you have to pay per day to park just like you would at the Marriott, you self park so you can go right down directly to your car and leave, not having to have to wait for the valet.”

9128 Executive Park Dr, Knoxville“The foyer area was so beautiful! The outside firepit space was lovely. The staff were friendly, too. However, the carpet in the hallway, at least in our hallway, was extremely beaten up. Didn't look like someone had cleaned/washed it in over a year. And, whoever painted the bathroom ceiling did such a horrible job it looks like a toddler completed it. Overall though, it was a good experience.”

9134 Executive Park Dr, Knoxville“My stay overall was pretty good. the bathroom in the room could use chair height commodes. the older we get, its sometime hard to get up. the tv was not very good. could not scroll thru the guide, had to wait for it to scroll on its own. and not much but sports on it. If you are not a sports person, not much to watch. room was very clean.Rooms: need better tv and chair height commodes.Nearby activities: was on a military reunion.Safety: seemed safe.Walkability: didn't walk much.Food & drinks: breakfast was pretty good. could have used real eggs instead of the watery kind. otherwise it was good.Noteworthy details: easy to get to and return home from. sat close to interstate.”

11319 Campbell Lakes Dr, Knoxville“The hotel was clean and so were rooms other than the pullout couch bed. The mattress was stained and for a lack of better words junk. The mattress on the king bed was not comfortable either. The layout of the room put the couch directly in front of the air conditioner unit so to keep the room at a comfortable temperature you have to freeze anyone sleeping on the couch. Of course this would not be an issue if there weren’t 3 of us and we didn’t need to use the couch. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of shopping and dining options. But it is beside a busy roadway and although the noise was not an issue inside our room it did make it quite unpleasant to sit at the pool and patio. Since we were there for a softball tournament we did appreciate the free laundry service. Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast had more options than most we’ve seen lately. If we were in the area again, we may stay there if we could get a room with different a different layout.”
“Room & location was great. However the dayshift clerk was very un-kind.
Noteworthy details: Well all staff was excellent except the blonde curly headed gal on day-shift was ever thang but nice.”
“Very nice rooms with a full kitchen and a great view of the Tennessee tap room. The breakfast was horrible I believe they spend more money on plastic wrapping every item than providing a decent food. Make sure you call ahead seems as they have issues with keeping reservations when booked online.”

5634 Merchants Center Blvd, Knoxville“Easy to find. Close to the freeway. Maybe a little too close. That's the only negative, trucks on the freeway are very loud.
Rooms: Very spacious rooms. King room has everything you need. Microwave and mini fridge. Kurig if want a half a cup of coffee.”
“A typical Comfort Suites facility. The halls and common areas needed new carpet. The carpet in our room was stained and worn but clean. Beds were super comfy. Mini-frig was not very cold even at the highest setting. We had some issues at checking in as the reservation & reward acct. were in my name but the credit card was my daughter's. We were told that they had to have all information to match the payment person. We couldn't figure out why as we stay at Comfort chains almost exclusively and have never had that issue. Eventually, they found an option for "daughter staying in same room" but it took some time to actually get into our room. Breakfast was the standard rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage links and make your own waffles. I really wish Comfort hotels offered quality tea bags as the generic ones they all offer are absolutely horrible. Otherwise, the juice was actually a well-balanced water ratio and the breakfast foods were replenished quickly and the area was very clean.”

501 W Church Ave, Knoxville“Great location with easy walking distance to shopping and great restaurants.
Check in was smooth and easy, pleasant staff.
Room is a bit dated, common for the particular Hilton brand. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and some other complimentary amenities.
The in room air conditioner/heater was difficult to adjust, in fairness I didn’t call front desk to check it out.
Overall positive experience.”

205 Langley Pl, Knoxville“Nice rooms with lots of amenities. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was great and they had different menu items each day besides Staples every day. They had a coin operated washer and dryer as well as a small workout room. The employees were all very helpful and friendly.
Nearby activities: There were plenty of shopping and eating options nearby.”
“Customer service is above and beyond! Extremely friendly staff!! This hotel may have a bit dated utilities but for the price point it stands out tremendously. I have read many reviews of peoples negative experience but I find that to be of a perspective that could be considered pompous in a sense. The rooms are the size of a small apartment with ALL the same amenities and I searched for insects and issues and in my case found none. Highest quality personally I found was the people who work this location as they were so kind and catering. The complaints I read before booking were things that were just petty and picky to be honest. Individuals who want 12 star quality out of a 2 star hotel are just selfish and shallow. I will absolutely come back here again and would recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay here. I had never heard of sonesta suites prior to this stay and was well introduced! 10/10 for me.Rooms: Well done considering age, plenty of space, lots of amenities, the kitchenette was very nice.Nearby activities: Restaurants, bars, shopping, buisness.”
“Clean room in the middle of the city. Walkable to most anything you will need to go to. The staff is what made me write the review, they went out of their way to ensure I could check in a bit early after a very long drive.
Not expected but very much appreciated! Earned a future customer.”

1317 Kirby Rd, Knoxville“The hotel is nice! It is perfect if you need a break from driving up north. The best part of the stay was the breakfast!! They had biscuits and gravy. My favorite! I spoke with Sheila who got up extra early just to make it. True hospitality. That made my stay! Thank you Sheila!!!”
“Savannah is very helpful and always takes cares of us. I stay there every week for work for the last year and everything is always smooth with check in and stay.”
“Rooms are pretty dated, but you can't ask for better when needing a roof over your head especially in tight situations. The location is perfectly close to my fiances job and right on the bus line so I'm able to commute back and forth to work as well. Josh and David are super friendly and always super helpful when there's any questions or issues. The property sits in a convenient location close to stores and restaurants, and they're doing their best to give it, their tenants and all the rooms the proper treatment it needs. Always trust the process. We've stayed here multiple times and leave the room clean and strip the bed and leave towels so housekeeping isn't overworking themselves. In our quest to finally land an apartment after losing our house, we 100% continue to plan to stay here. I can't wait to see the growth and changes this lovely place prepares to slowly have as they work their butts off to make it the best experience for all. You can't fully blame the owner/managers for how some rooms are as they get done wrong by some pretty bad people but they're trying and that's all that truly matters! :)”

1700 Winston Rd, Knoxville“The best thing about this place is the location. The West Town mall is only 1 block away & there is a Target within walking distance. Everything you need is within walking distance. Across the street is a strip mall with restaurants & even a cigar lounge. 1 block over is another strip mall with a Trader Joe's where you can shop for groceries & a neighborhood bar with live music. The rooms in this hotel have a full kitchen so it's very convenient. You can choose to go across the street to eat or you can get groceries & stay in & cook. The hotel can even provide you with cookware. If you want bang for your buck I think they deliver. The staff people are attentive & the manager is a nice guy who makes a genuine effort to address your issue. It's not luxurious but they have the basics & a bit more. Downtown & The University are about a 10-15 min drive away & the interstate is right there to take you to all points of interest.”
“We stayed here while traveling from MI to GA. Very good location, room was clean, staff very friendly. Great breakfast!
Would recommend if in the area.
Food and drinks: Lots of restaurants near by.”
