“Auto Repair at AutoTech Solutions, LLC of Oliver Springs, TN. July 2024- Brought my car in for a scraping noise in the front tire as you turn the wheel. Thinking it was just a cv joint- What they found was my car needing brakes plus all that went with it. Rather than just telling me on the phone Kimberly the office manager sent me pictures of the bad parts on my car. This helped with explaining the job to someone that is not in-tune with car parts.
