“Nice people with a good selection of tires and wheels. Service technicians are courteous and efficient. In 30 minutes, they removed and replaced all four trailer wheels and tires plus a spare. The price was definitely right. We'll go back to Jed when we need tires again.”

“Needed a tire for my Infiniti, couldn’t find one anywhere, called discount tire, and they didn’t have it, but ordered it, and had the tire within 24 hours, and contacted me, and had it installed the next day, the tire guys were busy, but they managed to get me in and out quickly as possible, very much appreciated, very good service and a great clean environment, been going to this place for years, and they haven’t never let me down, highly recommend this store!”
“I had a spindle bearing go out on pontoon trailer and the inner race pretty much welded itself to the spindle. A local guy stopped to try and help but we couldn't fix it. He suggested Cleveland Tire, said they were the fairest in town. His words exactly were, "they won't throw ya the big green weenie"It ended up they didn't have a mechanic to fix it, no big deal.After dealing with Titan Towing $350 to move it and North South Towing $326 to come look and say they can't fix it.My apologies I can't remember the guy's name in the back but he started making phone calls for me reaching out to other people he knew that could help and not take advantage. Hat's off to this place and the guy that made the phone calls, they have my respect!The guy in the back with the mechanics hooked me up with Norris Towing, which gave a discount to help me and Giant Trailer Repair fixed my trailer.”

“Honest, standup employees! I took my 1-year old vehicle to the dealership for something related to the warranty and they told me that I needed to have my tires aligned and wanted to charge me $150. I decided to get a second opinion and after looking at my car, the guys at NTB told me that my alignment was fine and they weren’t going to charge me because my vehicle did not need an alignment. Will come back here for any other tire related needs and recommend them to anyone who asks!”
