Watching Austin grow to his current position over the years was pretty neat. Chris has been my A1 since day 1, pretty positive he was the first person I dealt with!Over the years we’ve used them quite a bit. We have 2 diesel trucks, all maintenance is done through two brothers. They ordered and installed brush guards on both our trucks. We’ve purchased rims and tires here serval times. Our sons first truck needed a lot of mechanical work done, not a problem since. I love supporting local especially when that business stands behind their products and their services. “Really good dude that is super nice and will do anything to help you. Super reasonable prices. I'm not sure if he has new tires but I know he does repairs and carries used tires. My steel rims where rusty inside and the tires would lose pressure or go flat because they wouldn't seal. He pulled the tires off, cleaned all the rust off with a wire wheel, sprayed them with a paint/coating so they wouldn't rust again, applied bead sealer, replaced the valve stems and mounted the tires all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back and a lot of people I work with use him too.”

“My car had been making a rattling sounds for months; I’d had it looked at by a family member, and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. I thought the worst case scenario I would have to take it to the dealership which would ultimately cost the price of an organ for what I thought was a potentially minor issue. I called multiple service shops, and I got referred to Cleveland Family Tire. Everyone was so kind, and they even drove around with me in my car to hear the sound I was hearing. In that thorough and thoughtful treatment, where they didn’t belittle my ideas and opinions even though I don’t pretend to know much about cars, we found out the problem was a brake wire not being secured properly. They took my car back and didn’t charge me—even though it took two days to diagnose the problem, but that was due to me not having enough time the first day to spend there. They could’ve made a profit—even if small, but they fixed the issue and sent me on my way like the sweetest of sweets they are! I’m so grateful!Service: Auto brake repair”

“Funny story..Our check engine light came on so my wife called and spoke with BobbyWe were encouraged to bring the vehicle up there so the computer could tell us what the issue was.Upon starting our vehicle the next morning, to go up there and have it checked out, the light was no longer on.I proceeded to bring the vehicle to them anyway and once I arrived, I was informed that the code would be stored in the computer.Turns out it was the 02 sensor.. no doubt because the vehicle has over 100,000 miles.Bottom line, we are happy with the fellas at this shopThanks guys!”

“We had a blowout on our motorhome about 8 miles outside Cleveland, TN. After waiting 5 hours for a tow truck that never came we decided to drive to this location. We did ask if it would be okay to go to this location (closer than the Chattanooga location) and park overnight to wait for the tire (which had been ordered by their other location in Chattanooga). We met John Kirby at 8am the next morning and he told us the tire options he had in stock which were comparable to the tire on our RV and that he could have us on our way by 10am verses waiting 1 to 2 more day for the other tire to come in. We decided to go with John’s suggestion as big rig tires are his specialty. John called us about an hour later to share concerns about the other tires so with his recommendation and very fair price we replaced all 6 tires. John and Paul did a fantastic job, Paul even worked through lunch to get us back on the road by 1:30 the same day. We are deeply grateful to have ended up at Cleveland Tire Center with John and Paul, true professionals that provide outstanding service. “Well what can I say NTB saved the day! I am working an a Friends truck. When I noticed that there is a lock on the lug nuts but no key in the truck. Asked my friend where it could be and it was missing. Long story short after looking at AutoZone, Advance Auto,(both without the tool to help me) Discount tire (didn't even try to help) and Tire discounters (tried a hand full of keys they had. No removal tools). I finally tried NTB and the good old boys Josh, Taylor and Harrison helped me out without a second thought. They couldn't have said sorry not our scope like the other tire places but they didn't. They trouble shooted with every tool they had at hand. Until the job was. The also had small talk and kept me in the know. Where they could have just told me to go sit in the waiting room. But instead they made me feel like I was one of the boys. I can't say how much I appreciate the help. And you can't put a price on the customer service. I will definitely be going back to NTB first before I go anywhere else. “I've been here for vehicle tires in the past and haven't been disappointed. But this time I went to get some ATV tires mounted. Can't beat their price. Atv shops wanted 40$ per tire to mount. Rediculous. I got out of village tire all 4 tires mounted with new valve stems for 72$. Way better then 160. Great people.”
