“Anne & Chris - I think that's his name- had the pleasure of dealing with me trying to stay calm. It all started when I tried to take my # with me from T-Mobile on an account that had port & fraud protection. It took nearly 24 hours, 30 calls made by myself, the x, the in-store employees as well as the customer service reps & port techs from both cellular companies... Nothing in life should be so difficult. Do better T-Mobile. Fix your shit. Train your people. Get it together man.

Up until 3 or 4 months ago, our salesperson Amanda vanished from her store. Did she quit? She is, by far the most knowledgeable and helpful phone person we've ever had.
