Unscrupulous. Sold my daughter a $2000 worth of stuff she did not need. I've used other Firestone locations and have never such a negative experience. This location needs to be criminally investigated!

Very dirty, bathroom was dirty and out of paper. The waiting area was bad as well. I will give them a 5 on my alignment.

Instead of paying these service professionals $300 for a new taillight assembly with installation ? I traveled over to O-O-O O'Reileys and paid $96 and had my girl play mechanic for McDonald's Chicken Nuggets???
