“This place gets the job done. The facilities could use some minor TLC, but it's acceptable overall. They do seem to clean it regularly and everything works. I do like the fact their automated car wash is a no-touch. The "soft cloth" automated car washes will ruin the paint on your car. Don't use them.”

“Excellent facilities. I've frequented multiple locations and oak ridge is easily the cleanest. I gotta say that the only thing about that location is that they changed things up so only 2 lanes are open during the day, but the wash itself is top notch”

“I am so bad with remembering names so i apologize. But my card wasn’t working when i was trying to buy a car wash. The guy that was helping me was really friendly and got my card to finally work. I think his name was Ethan not sure lol. But he had longer hair and a beard. But great customer service and I’ll definitely be back. It’s hard to find good help anymore. But he was super chill and helped me right away. Definitely recommend this zips location.”
