“The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. “I love this particular WHBM. I have been to several and the customer service can vary so much. Right now, this store has a great team. It is always fun to shop here as they suggest items and jewelry that I never would have tried but ends up looking great. They have helped me build a better wardrobe. Prices are pretty good too if you learn when and how items go on sale! You just have to pay attention for some months and you will catch on.”
“Nice large store with a wide selection but they didn't have the boots I wanted to view in person before purchasing online. They also had a "whole store 40% off" sale, but once inside the employee told us that on everything BUT the white and black crocs- so not everything technically.”
“They have a wonderful staff! The lady I talked on the phone with right before Christmas was so kind and put some men's shoes on hold for me for 2 hours for me to come purchase. The item was sold out in many stores and so sweet of her to this made my Christmas for my brother to find these shoes! Not only did they have them, but they were on sale as well! “I had the best experience at this location and truly think I was gifted an Angel with Donna in assisting me. I've never been a Pinterest wedding dreamer nor really much of an elaborate dress person. I knew I wanted tea length and affordable since it's an expense that'll be worn once. I'm practical and frugal. Donna was AMAZING. She took me, my mom and sister under her wing and took great care. She was thoughtful and mindful of what I wanted and was comfortable with as well as where to add some uptick in my look that was natural and not forced. So so glad I took the advice of a colleague when she suggested we try here. I lucked out with an off the rack piece that needs minimal alterations and was out the door with my dress for our wedding in less than 5 months.”

“I love the actual store. But my reason for this visit was due to an online order or sneakers for my grandson. When the shoes arrived they were clearly not new shoes. It looked as if someone put a fire out in the shoes that I received. I called the 800 number as soon as they arrived and was told that I would have to pay for shipping to send them back. I thought that was crazy so I went to the store. Once there the young lady that helped me questioned me like I put the fire out in those shoes LMAO. Finally she gave me a refund after I showed her that they were just delivered to my house 3 hours ago. That was clearly days worth of damage and wear on those shoes.
I will not be ordering anything online from the rack store again.”
