They were so helpful and sympathetic to my issues, even though I ended up having to come back the next day to complete the transaction after obtaining all the correct numbers and whatnot. I wish I had gotten names, I think one was Jeremy, but I could be wrong, but they were all attentive and professional. I will definitely be using this location from now on.”

I’d expected my FedEx trip to be a short pay-em-to-pack-up-and-send-out visit. It ended up an hour-long adventure hunting for allen keys, custom-cut box construction, HazMat forms, alternate drop-offs… I was THAT time-consuming customer. This truly could have been an embarrassing headache of an experience if I hadn’t had such a helpful positive person willing to help make things work. I’m so thankful Josh handled all these curve balls with patience, compassion, and a sense of humor.
I later had to call back to find contact information for a specific type of FedEx (my return package had lithium batteries) and he was happy to help me find what I needed. Also, he and his coworker were great at balancing my ordeal with assisting plenty of other customers over the period so nobody was left waiting. Thanks again!”
