Conley is the best, so nice and has helped me carry packages in find addresses if he ever left I don’t know what I would do. Best place to go to for all your shipping needs!! “We had to print out posters for an event and had no idea where to start. We were helped by someone named Bob who was amazing. Bob walked us through the process (you email it to their address and give them the code that generates, then they can print the posters for you), made suggestions that made the poster really look professional - and custom cut them for us when we couldn't get our image to fit exactly the way we hoped. The posters wouldn't have come out as great without Bob. Fast parking right out front. Sleeves to store your posters in so they don't get damaged. We'll be back for future printing needs!”

“Should have written this long ago. This crew is exceptionally different. They are all highly skilled, and I bring in my occasional blurb and the associates look toward the lady that is quite young with light hair, which is longer with natural curls pulled up for DC friendly work. She'll say one word, it's done, I'm out the door. I love the spirit of chillaxin in there. This is also the UPS Store that has never lost or delayed a single one one of my packages. And they are just as busy as any of the others, yet we are in and out.”
“Arrived into Nashville on Southwest from Louisiana only to discover the airline had lost my presentation poster I needed for a conference presentation the next day. Spoke with Jay at Fed Ex (only 5 min down the road) and with only an hour and a half until closing, she was able to print my presentation for me. Was very efficient and helpful. She was actually leaving but got the process started and handed off to a co-worker named Tim who finished the task. Thank you to those two very helpful employees for helping me out!”
“This review is for Mark in store 5520 and applies to several days. I was attending the AACC from out of Town. Mark even answered questions for me weeks prior to the event when I called with questions. Once I got here I stopped by the office at least 5 times to create and print posters, pick up books I had shipped, pay for sending leftover materials back to my home, purchase materials, etc. I had many questions and needed help navigating the enormous convention center. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Truly professional and could not represent FedEx any better than he does.”

“Update: I have finally received my package and DHL has apologized for the inconvenience. Communication was good at the end and they explained exactly where my package was and what had happened, and the new promised delivery date was executed properly.Initial Review:Will never use DHL again: Package arrived in Nashville, just 20 min away from me, and has been lost for over two weeks. DHL customer service has sent me in circles with different people and departments, promising on two occasions my package would arrive the next day, despite them never even adding an expected delivery date. The package has still not arrived and they refuse to admit it has been lost- preventing me from starting a claims process to refund my costly import duties.”
