Perfect class for introverts that want the structure of a planned out class, without the pressure of group a workout. Some of the sections were a little intense for me but I was able to easily modify them to my comfort level. (Extra star for the sweet gym dog in the lobby)

Seven Minutes is a unique gym that made me feel comfortable from my first visit. I love that there are so many start times that work for busy schedules. It is easy to modify each workout, so it is great for any experience level.

Our fitness boutique environment is designed with classes starting every 7 minutes, so your workout is on your schedule. We’ve partnered with leaders in Exercise Science and Kinesiology to ensure you’re not just moving; your 49 minutes are purposeful. As you progress through the 7 stations, you’ll be inspired to do more and achieve the results you crave.
