This worker and the manager were completely rude and outrageous. I bought a charger and the employee didn’t not say the very important rule that you can not return chargers and then wouldn’t let me pick my exchange item (exchanging is their policy). Horrible so not buy their way over priced objects.

Christopher at BNA is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He helped me and other customers while I was in the store select the correct accessory. He served each customer in turn, offering several choices and explaining the differences for each. Thank you!
