“Marshalls is a great spot to get high quality clothing with cheap prices. Also Lauren in customer service was so sweet and just went above and beyond for me when she didn’t have to and made the experience so much more enjoyable!”

“Called and talked to sales clerk looking for a ladies blazer that had been advertised on The Today Show on NBC… the clerk went above and beyond, after checking her inventory, she walked over to another department to see if it might have been put on their sales rack… unfortunately it was out of stock. At this busy time of year, this lady certainly shows the spirit of Christmas ( and probably year round).”

“Big lots sure has gotten an upgrade the last couple years. The store has a nice selection of kitchen, house, and bathroom stuff. Have a good bit of furniture. Plus some basic groceries, and some interesting snacks that are nice to pick up for holidays. So a little bit of everything, and they're convenient so I often check there before I check other places.”

“This store used to be a lot better! Employees were definitely not friendly and the store was very disorganized! The last time I was in the store employees were super friendly and the store was orderly”

“I had the single most incredible human experience here last night. It was 1/5/24 about 6pm if this time frame helps find out the name of the employee this post is about. I walked into Marshall’s after a last ditch effort to get my 2 year old to calm down after she had a 30 minute tantrum at home. As soon as we walked in and she got in the cart, she immediately started losing it. Screaming, throwing her crackers all over the ground. A kind employee on her way out (I could tell because she had her purse and was almost out the door) came over and said, “Don’t worry! Don’t worry! I’ll get a broom and clean it up, don’t worry!” I refused because it is certainly not her job to deal with my kid’s tantrum. But she came back with a broom, swept it up, and refused to let me help. Then my daughter continued on with her fit after the woman walked away. I was on my way out the store defeated and the woman walked back over and asked if she could get my daughter some cookies from the break room. The woman walked all the way to the back of the store and came back out with a cup full of cookies. She told me that she has 3 kids, she understands, and that she was not judging me. Tears filled my eyes after the kind woman walked away. Little did she know that I just gave birth a week ago to my premature baby 9 weeks early and he’s currently in the NICU. I was 2 seconds away from breaking down, and this woman’s incredible acts of kindness after she was already off work and had no obligation to help me, encouraged me for the rest of the night and into today. I learned a lot about how to be a helpful human yesterday from this woman! At least 3 other people who saw the tantrum glared at me and gave ugly looks, but this one woman helped in a way that she did not have to. I will forever come back and shop at Marshall’s over any other store in the area.”

“Great place to find lots of home decor items, as well as kitchen essentials, bedding, art work, wonderful discounted area rugs, furniture and even a whole aisle dedicated to Valentine’s Day gifts and candies! You can find a ton of great items at a very decent price. Parking is also super convenient with wheel chair accessible ramps. Checkout was extremely fast. Will be returning to this HomeGoods for sure!”

“Didn’t have to wait at all. Actually had plenty of lines opened. Customer service was great at register and return desk. The store is a bit clutter with all the shipments they are receiving with Christmas coming up.”

“Simply love ROSS! I was able to buy 7 pairs of beautiful, high quality slacks (I avoided the denim). I bought pleather and suede in scrumptious colors. Prices are beyond reasonable. I used my 10% OFF SENIOR DISCOUNT which saved me a hunk of cash! Great service.”

“This is by far the best Ross around Nashville that I've been to. That's only speaking for the availability of items and clothing. The staff are hit and miss. I can say that I've always been greeted upon arrival but some of them need to work on their custom service!”

“Honestly I had only been to Big Lots on one other occasion. I was in a rush and I was overwhelmed by to my perception, a bunch of junk crowding the shelves. It was too much to be bothered with so I left. The other day on my visit I was blown away. Totally shocked at how the entire store looked like a showplace. Shelves were stocked. Merchandise was current and fashionable. Prices were clearly marked. They were having a crazy with signs plastered everywhere. The only suggestion I would have is that some of the aisles were a bit too tight.Definitely will add this store to my ? HOT LIST ?”

“If you have been to one Target, then you have been to most of them and this location is your standard Target minus a few of the most modern amenities/adds. Located in Donelson, this Target sits in the middle of a huge shopping plaza along with a variety of eateries and other retailers. Due to its location, parking is beyond plentiful and is never an issue. The store has seen some upgrades to the façade and minor updates to a few areas inside including the addition of a grab and go space. Other than that, the store is still in need of some updates as it is showing its wear a bit. Additionally, this store always seems to be somewhat disorganized to an extent with empty shelves surrounded by full stocking carts, unpriced items and in some cases, poor selection. The other heartbreaking thing about this Target is there is no Starbucks. Overall, I'd live in this Target rather than go to the other big box retailer for one item...while it has it's faults, it is still a Target and I love it!”

“This Walmart is located on Gallatin Pike and sits directly across from the large complex housing Dick's, Best Buy, Rooms To Go and more. Unlike many Walmart's around the city, this location features all the creature comforts of a superstore plus a Murphy gas station...which always has great gas prices! I usually avoid Walmart for the most part, but on occasion, which is usually early on a weekend morning, I will pop in for random items. I legit live less than a mile from Dickerson Pike Walmart and will go out of my way to go to this one. The store is usually decently clean, shelves are stocked and the cashiers are in place. While this Walmart is far from perfect, it is a solid Walmart location, especially given nearby locations. Overall, I am a Target fella at heart, but don't mind popping in here when needed.”

“This Target location is decent. Compared to several other retailers I've recently visited, it gets 4/5 stars due to *almost* having enough staff. Compared to Walmart and Lowe's I've recently visited, it's a distinct step up, though there is still room for improvement.”

“We're a Macy's family! This location always has so many Free People clothes on sale which is amazing and hard to come by. They also have the best home section upstairs. We bought 2 blankets by Ralph Lauren that were 100% cotton on sale. Kiata walked us over the blanket section, helped talk us through which one was the best sellers, and then walked with us back to the counter to check us out. Kiata had such a great personality, was warm and welcoming, and went out of her way to help us find what we needed. Thanks Kiata for showing us what customer service is all about!”

“I have been to this Ross I think one other time before even tho. It is not close to me I have been going to the one in Smyrna will not be going back to that one either never or for a long time. The last time I was in there it was very dirty stuff was kind of all over the place infact it was all over the place and it had like a strange smell in the back of the store that I couldn’t quite put my finger on it it smelled like something was on fire and the whole store was just really disorganized and that I ended up running out of there so fast with my dog in my hand this store was so much nicer I remember it being nicer and clean and the stuff is organized it was on the shelf’s it wasn’t all over the this will defnt be my go to Ross for now on and the customer service was fantastic so keep up the good work guys I don’t care if any body else tries to say any thing bad cause you guys have the best location That is close to me”

“My visit to this establishment was satisfactory. While the aisles felt a bit crowded, I was able to find all the essential items I needed. The store had a good variety of products, catering to most of life's necessities. The ample parking space made it convenient to access the store without any hassle. Although it may not have been the most exceptional shopping experience, it served its purpose efficiently.”

“It was one of the cleanest Walmart that I have been to. Courteous and friendly staff. Of course, it's in Brentwood. I drive from Antioch to do my grocery shopping.”

“U can literally find anything here, with the exception of A.I.'s ? ?. But seriously, it's always busy & so much to offer. I only wish they would bring back the benches 4 u to sit or the Cafe they use 2 have. Still, been shopping @ Walmart over 30 years & will hopefully continue 30 more ( lord willing). It's an American store ??!”
