The best part of this gym is the people. Great trainers, plenty of classes during the day, and some great HIIT opportunities on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I didn't know the first thing about CrossFit when I joined and they actually take 4 whole sessions to get you familiar with it. Very nice place as well.

I love this gym. From day 1 I've felt welcomed and supported. I used to be very active, I got injured and had a few surgeries, and thus put on some extra weight. I've been gaining mobility and strength, learning more about my body every class I take. My coaches take their time teaching me proper motions. I'm so happy I joined. It helps to have multiple class options to fit my schedule, too.Can't wait to see what I'm able to accomplish in the coming months, i've already grown so much in the past 3 months

My experience at CrossFit Hermitage has changed how I view about going to the gym. As someone who hadn’t been very active in many years, I was intimated to join. However, from my introductory foundations course to jumping into the regular classes, I’ve felt nothing but support and encouragement from the coaches as well as the community at CFH. That’s what truly stands out to me about the gym and has played a huge part in me continuing my CrossFit journey and reaching new goals.

I started going to this CrossFit gym because I was tired of the same old routine at my regular gym and now I love it. I have to admit I was a CrossFit skeptic at first. However, having professional coaches in a CrossFit gym who push you to train with proper techniques and full range of motion movements, breaking you out of your comfort zone for more effective workouts. This approach can indeed make a significant difference in your fitness journey.

I joined CrossFit Hermitage 5 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. Initially, I was intimidated, because I have limited experience in lifting and I'm an "average Joe" athlete. The trainers are AMAZING and have taken a personal interest in my success. They make the classes fun, and there is always something new to learn. I have limited range of motion in my shoulder from previous surgeries, and they always work with me to suggest challenging yet attainable modifications to the movements. I used to dread working out, but now I look forward to going. I feel stronger, healthier, and am definitely more active. Not to mention the work outs have improved my endurance and performance in my favorite sport-volleyball. The community at CFH is amazing, I was given a very warm welcome, and I've met several friends there. A+++++

Coaches are very supportive irrespective of level you are and ensure to prioritize longevity. Able to be with members, grown together and change lifestyle over the years. Gym is organized and clean!! Have coaches with various backgrounds lifting, gymnastics’ ready to help you with technique.

10/10 would recommend. From start to (unfortunately) finish, these guys were great. Coaches that actually coach and are available for questions/additional coaching before and after class. Anyone interested in getting into CF, this is your place!

I joined CrossFit Hermitage about 6 months ago, and I'm so glad I did! I initially was apprehensive to try Crossfit. I had heard it described as "people doing stupid human tricks" and had been warned about people getting injured doing CrossFit. My experience has been quite the opposite. I have found the programming and coaching very reasonable and approachable by a wide variety of backgrounds and fitness abilities. The movements are always broken down and coached thoroughly to help you achieve proper form. There is an emphasis on safety. The coaches are great at providing modifications to help you work around any injuries. CrossFit helps push me outside my comfort zone, and I'm thankful for that. The community here at CrossFit Hermitage is amazing! If you're looking for a community to challenge you and help you grow in your fitness journey, come check it out!

CFH is truly my happy place. The coaches and the people define what community is and should be. I am stronger, happier and healthier since joining. The coaches genuinely care about helping you safely hit your goals. I have been a member at other CrossFit gyms in the past and CFH is hands down the best gym I’ve belonged to. We always have fun. Even on a bad day, just showing up helps turn it around.

I arrived at CrossFit Hermitage a little skittish about doing Crossfit at the ripe old age of 62. Yet I just love the coaches here. They patiently teach technique, help me find the point of success, and then also challenge me to trust my body to do just a little more. And the sense of community is beautiful - supportive of each other, cheering on successes. Kind of like the “Cheers” of the gym world - “where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came”’. Come join us!

My husband and I joined CFH a little over a year ago, and I can hardly express how much I love this gym!The gym itself is clean and spacious, but it's the people that really make it an amazing experience. The owners and instructors are so welcoming, and make even the toughest workouts fun.I was completely new to crossfit when I started at CFH. I felt intimidated by the exercises before my first class, but that all changed once I started working with the coaches and attending classes regularly. The coaches are patient, and great at breaking things down in a way that really makes sense. I have accomplished things I didn't know were possible for my body -- box jumps, rope climbs, pull ups, and speed steps were all things I'd NEVER done before training here, and now I love these movements!Despite these being group classes, it feels like you're working with a personal trainer because of how specific and targeted the workouts are. All of the coaches pays close individual attention to your progress and technique, and are always available to help guide you to optimal movement (or find a modification if something is too challenging for your body). I feel very supported in this gym, and I've come so far in my strength/fitness goals since starting here.I look forward to attending each class, even on those days when getting yourself moving feels difficult. Thank you CFH for curating such an exceptional space, and for helping me get a little better every single day.
