“Great repair. But hard to schedule the inspection, long wait to get the repair scheduled. And then on the day of, they were unaware that we were scheduled which lead to a prolonged need of a rental car and absence of the car. I did not have that experience in the past. I also had a different scheduling person in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place. This was the first time with that problem.”

“Unfortunately, I've had to take my truck in for 3 different accidents within 12 months. Central Pike Collision not only made it look as though nothing ever happened, they did it lightning fast. Twice, they got it back to me in about a week. The one time that did take longer was due to a factory backorder on a part. “I could not more strongly recommend doing business with ECR. I recently built a house and have had to sue my builder - Alan Looney and Castle Homes. Doing business with Alan Looney and Castle Homes has been the absolute worst experience anyone could possibly imagine. MY POINT: working with ECR was exactly opposite of that experience. It was truly "refreshing" to work with people (Heather and Kelly) who are HONEST, ETHICAL, COMPETENT, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Although I have "yet" to do business with ERC, Heather went out of her way to give me a very aggressive estimate on my Range Rover. One that came in well below my expectations. Kelly is the smartest person that I have ever met as it relates to auto repair and bodywork. After evaluating my vehicle, he gave me several different recommendations and options. All of which were focused on what would be the best and most cost effect way for me. He even encouraged me to get additional bids outside of ERC so that I would feel comfortable with what is best. He took time to tour me around the ERC facility which was the cleanest most well organized auto repair shop I have ever seen. FYI, unlike "things" that I have recently experienced, their work is of the highest quality. You can tell they actually care. Again, it was "refreshing" to interact with people (Heather and Kelly) who want to go above-and-beyond for their customer instead of merely doing and/or always trying to do the very least that is required. People (Heather and Kelly) who have your best interest at heart instead of conducting themselves fraudulently just so they can make more money. Before leaving ECR, Kelly helped me with contacts that could help me with several items outside of ECR's scope of work. I have since made contact with those referrals and could not be more pleased. Because of Heather and Kelly - I could not more strongly recommend ECR!”
“I highly recommend Capley's. I was referred to them by a different business I was familiar with and was not disappointed. My 18 year old car had a roof with paint peeling and a 2.5 inch in diameter rust circle. Capley's took care of it, repainted the roof and also did some touch ups just because they saw it was needed. The paint job blends in great with the rest of the car! Great value!Services: Painting”
“I've been to this body shop twice for minor issues. The first involved replacing a rear spoiler on a minivan. The work was done well, quickly, and on budget, so when another minor issue occurred, I returned to the same shop. A front spoiler had been damaged and the reconnected it with new fasteners, buffed out most of the damage, and refused payment. Really amazing. With 2 teenage drivers, I'm sure I'll be back!”

I do not do reviews but in this case I feel I should. I own some very nice classics. Several months ago I had the unhappy experience of hitting a large dog during a major rain storm, horrible feeling. I was very uneasy about taking my 1979 Lincoln Continental to any body and paint shop... She got pretty banged up. I searched and spoke to friends about it. One particular friend told me about these guys on Dickerson Pike. These gentlemen from Kuwait were very friendly and helpful. I left my car with them. I could not be happier with the outcome and fast turnaround. They had to charge me a little more money for the final work and I completely understood - Beautiful work!
Just dropped off another classic to them today, my 1992 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. No body work needed but certain areas must be repainted due to sun damage to the paint. I pray they will do as good as they did with my 79 Lincoln or better. I’ve been burned many times in the past. It’s hard to trust people these days. These gentlemen have my respect and I hope to bring them more work. God is great. They were a blessing to me!”
