“Great repair. But hard to schedule the inspection, long wait to get the repair scheduled. And then on the day of, they were unaware that we were scheduled which lead to a prolonged need of a rental car and absence of the car. I did not have that experience in the past. I also had a different scheduling person in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place. This was the first time with that problem.”

“My daughter got in an accident with a 2004 Volvo. No one else would even try to find parts. Cam spent several weeks looking and working with parts dealers for us. In the end, there just weren't parts available. But Cam was fantastic from start to finish. He treated me and my college-aged daughter with respect and kindness. “Greenleaf is a family run business and they are the nicest and most helpful people you will meet in industry. Usually, having an accident and dealing with a body shop is an awful experience but Larry and family makes the accident ordinal an easy and pleasant process. Always a smile and always as helpful as possible. They run their business on word of mouth from previous customers - no advertising and I'm here to tell you they are the best. I brought my Infiniti into Greenleaf after I was hit, and my car's bodywork and paint job was seamless, couldn't even tell I had body damage. “I could not more strongly recommend doing business with ECR. I recently built a house and have had to sue my builder - Alan Looney and Castle Homes. Doing business with Alan Looney and Castle Homes has been the absolute worst experience anyone could possibly imagine. MY POINT: working with ECR was exactly opposite of that experience. It was truly "refreshing" to work with people (Heather and Kelly) who are HONEST, ETHICAL, COMPETENT, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Although I have "yet" to do business with ERC, Heather went out of her way to give me a very aggressive estimate on my Range Rover. One that came in well below my expectations. Kelly is the smartest person that I have ever met as it relates to auto repair and bodywork. After evaluating my vehicle, he gave me several different recommendations and options. All of which were focused on what would be the best and most cost effect way for me. He even encouraged me to get additional bids outside of ERC so that I would feel comfortable with what is best. He took time to tour me around the ERC facility which was the cleanest most well organized auto repair shop I have ever seen. FYI, unlike "things" that I have recently experienced, their work is of the highest quality. You can tell they actually care. Again, it was "refreshing" to interact with people (Heather and Kelly) who want to go above-and-beyond for their customer instead of merely doing and/or always trying to do the very least that is required. People (Heather and Kelly) who have your best interest at heart instead of conducting themselves fraudulently just so they can make more money. Before leaving ECR, Kelly helped me with contacts that could help me with several items outside of ECR's scope of work. I have since made contact with those referrals and could not be more pleased. Because of Heather and Kelly - I could not more strongly recommend ECR!”
“I've been to this body shop twice for minor issues. The first involved replacing a rear spoiler on a minivan. The work was done well, quickly, and on budget, so when another minor issue occurred, I returned to the same shop. A front spoiler had been damaged and the reconnected it with new fasteners, buffed out most of the damage, and refused payment. Really amazing. With 2 teenage drivers, I'm sure I'll be back!”
“I highly recommend Capley's. I was referred to them by a different business I was familiar with and was not disappointed. My 18 year old car had a roof with paint peeling and a 2.5 inch in diameter rust circle. Capley's took care of it, repainted the roof and also did some touch ups just because they saw it was needed. “I have had the best experience with them. Let me explain:
- I had a collision that my insurance would not have covered. I drove up there to see if I could pay out of pocket but she felt very sorry for me because the crash was not my fault (vandalism) and my insurance was only for liability. She recognized I was a student and getting new parts would cost a lot, so as fixing.
She offered to fix it in a "cheaper" way. Since the bumper wasn't entirely broken, she had offered to "reconstruct" the existing bumper, and fix it back in place since that would be cheaper than getting a new bumper and fixing it whole.
I was asked to drop by the next Monday to have the car repaired by her son, helped me hold up some parts with tape and tried to put some parts in place. I did drop by the next Monday, and about 2 - 3 hours later, she called me to come pick it up. I came and was ready to pay with card after I had seen that it was fully repaired (taken out, beat and reshaped and fixed back in)...
She and her son had decided to do it for free for me!
Asked me not to pay a dime! I insisted to pay something at least for appreciation but she and her son persisted. Asked me to drive safe. And that was the nicest thing I had received so far because I would have paid about 2700-3500 for new repairs or maybe several hundreds to a thousand otherwise.
