“All I can say is talk to Angel at the Madison location. She’s amazing and the quality of work is pretty much damn near or as good as a factory paint job. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of this car before they did the work because I got really deceived with a car that I didn’t even know had body damage. “It would have been a 5 Star but this is the first time I received my damage vehicle that it wasn’t washed on the outside. I can completely understand on the inside because I left personal property inside the vehicle that I didn’t want touched. The damage of the vehicle was repaired perfectly like it never happened. And I was notified every step of the way so 5 stars for that. But in total 4 stars my vehicle wasn’t washed upon pick up time.”

“Repeat client. Great prices and fast repairs. They found another repair and called me to see if I wanted it done and since it was my brake pads I said yes. I've found over the years that Mechanics can get frustrated when being barraged with questions in a negative tone that its best to befriend them and treat them kindly. I've never had an issue at Fleet and all people should be treated as you want to be treated NICE! Speaking from a Mom who's Daughter was an auto mechanic who was not treated well by her fellow employees!! Sad.”
